Shipping and Returns
The shipping cost is determined by the place of delivery, the dimensions, as well as the pricing practices of the courier service providers collaborating with ΕΜΣΤ, as follows:
For Greek cities, shipping costs are calculated according to the volume and weight of the order in accordance with the relevant pricing policy of the courier service provider. The calculation is performed in the basket.
For orders outside Greece, shipping costs are calculated on a case-by-case basis according to the relevant charges of the courier service provider for each country of destination, but also according to the volume and weight of the order in accordance with the relevant pricing policy of the courier service provider. The calculation is performed in the basket.
In the order form, both the items ordered as well as the respective cost are listed.
ΕΜΣΤ is not responsible for any additional charges of post offices and customs outside the Greek Territory.
Shipments are conducted on a daily basis with the exception of Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
ΕΜΣΤ makes its best endeavors for the quickest possible execution of the orders. To this end, it has created partnerships with a very wide network of cooperating distributors, aiming for orders to be delivered via couriers at the following times:
Orders within Greece are delivered in 1 to 3 working days from the date of shipping confirmation.
Delivery of orders outside Greece can take from 1 working day to 6 working days from the date of shipping confirmation.
Handling and delivery times to and from Third countries (outside Schengen) are determined following communication with the customs of entry of the country of delivery.
ΕΜΣΤ is not responsible for cases of delay due to Force Majeure or any delays due to post offices and customs outside the Greek Territory or due to the inability of its suppliers to have the products available at the expected times. In the last case, ΕΜΣΤ shall remind the respective supplier and inform the customer.
ΕΜΣΤ does not provide a warranty for third-party products (products that are not manufactured and/or assembled by or on behalf of ΕΜΣΤ and which the ΕΜΣΤ simply resells).
The prices of the eshop.emst.gr online store can change at any time without notice.
The customer has the right to return the products they purchased in all cases in which incorrect or defective products were sold due to proven fault of ΕΜΣΤ, as well as in cases of error during the stage of receiving the order, in the invoicing, in the shipment, or in cases of deliveries of damaged during transit or poorly packaged products.
In all the above cases, the customer has the right not to accept the receipt of the products from the beginning, thereby returning the products within an exclusive time-limit of 2 days from the day of delivery. This deadline cannot be extended.
The products ought to be returned per case above in excellent condition, complete and undamaged or in the condition received by the customer.
In the case that they are not returned within 2 days, ΕΜΣΤ may not accept the return. Furthermore, for all cases, the product to be returned must necessarily be accompanied by all the documents accompanying it during delivery (e.g. retail receipt, invoice).
Ahead of each return, it is a necessary and procedural prerequisite that prior communication with ΕΜΣΤ shall have taken place through the sending of an email to the email address email@example.com.
In the event that a product is defective (e.g. broken or outworn) or does not correspond to the customer's order (e.g. shipping of the wrong product), the customer can return it to the ΕΜΣΤ headquarters through a courier company cooperating with ΕΜΣΤ, in accordance with the instructions that they will receive from firstname.lastname@example.org. In these limited cases, the customer shall send a relevant email to email@example.com with the subject “RETURN – ORDER No *”, to which the completed return form that accompanies the package of his order shall be attached, as well as photos of the product.
The customer will then receive, in response to the above e-mail, the return voucher as well as specific return instructions. Subsequently, ΕΜΣΤ shall undertake the refund of the customer's money using the same payment method as the one used to purchase the product within 14 days from the delivery of the product to the ΕΜΣΤ headquarters, provided the above conditions are met. ΕΜΣΤ bears no responsibility in the event that the crediting of the price to the customer's account is delayed for reasons beyond its control and related to the (mal)functioning of the respective credit institution.
The customer does not incur any return costs, while the shipping costs for the initial shipment are also refunded.
Right of Withdrawal
Within a period of 14 days from the day of receipt of the order, the customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract and request a refund. Refunds will be granted in the same payment method as the one used for purchase. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the user shall send an email with the subject “RETURN – ORDER No *” to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org, to which the completed return form that accompanies the package of his order shall be attached.
In the event that the right of withdrawal is exercised and a refund is requested, this will be credited to the customer's account within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the product on behalf of ΕΜΣΤ, provided the following conditions are met.
A prerequisite for a refund on behalf of ΕΜΣΤ is the prior delivery of the products to be returned to ΕΜΣΤ headquarters as a registered shipment through a courier company of his choice and in accordance with the specific instructions that the customer will receive in a relevant e-mail message from email@example.com, exclusively at their own expense. The customer also bears the risk of non-destruction of the product.
Furthermore, the products to be returned must be in perfect condition, absolutely intact, within their packaging and always accompanied by their return form.
In any other case, ΕΜΣΤ reserves the right not to accept the return of the product and not to credit the cost of its purchase to the account of the customer. In any case, ΕΜΣΤ bears no responsibility in the event that the crediting of the price to the account of the customer is delayed for reasons beyond its control and related to the (mal)functioning of the respective credit institution.
The above right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that are not suitable for return for health and safety reasons.
