HOW CAN I REGISTER?

You can register by clicking on the Log In / Sign Up form and stating your first name, last name, e-mail and password.

I’VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD - WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you are trying to log in to your account but have forgotten your password, click on the Forgot Password? link of the Log In / Sign Up form, and we’ll send you an email to set your new password .

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

You can easily pay for your order:

  • by credit or debit card (MasterCard, Visa, Diners)

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

We aim to deliver your order within:

  • Greece: 1-3 working days from the shipping date

  • Rest of the world: 1-6 working days from the shipping date.

Shipments are conducted daily except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Our online shop team is working hard to ensure that every order is fulfilled and shipped as quickly as possible.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can track your order by visiting the following sites using the tracking number you received in the shipping confirmation email:

  • For deliveries in Greece: www.speedex.gr (Track & Trace)

  • For deliveries in the rest of the world: www.dhl.com (Track Your Shipment).

 

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

  • If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may send an email with the subject RETURN - ORDER No *  to eshop@emst.gr within 14 days of receiving your item/s. Please find the return form accompanying your order package, complete it and attach it to your email.

We will then send you an informative email about the return procedure.

Once the goods are received at the museum’s headquarters, they will be reviewed, and if approved for a refund, we will process your credit within 14 calendar days. 

 

  • Please note that some products are not suitable for return for health and safety reasons. You may find the relevant information in the product description on the website.

MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED/WRONG. WHAT CAN I DO?

If there’s a problem with your order (if we’ve made a mistake, or if your order arrives damaged), please try to let us know immediately by emailing eshop@emst.gr with the subject RETURN – ORDER No *. Please find the return form accompanying your order package and complete it. Then send the email with attaching:

  1. the completed return form and

  2. photos of the damaged/wrong item/s.

We will then send you a return label and instructions about the return procedure.

Once the goods are received at the museum’s headquarters, they will be reviewed, and if approved for a refund, we will process your credit within 14 calendar days.

CAN I REPLACE MY ORDER?

Replacements are not possible. If you return an order, it will be refunded, and if you wish, you will have to place a new order for the desired product.

 

DO YOU COVER RETURN POSTAGE?

We don’t cover the cost of returning an item unless it is faulty (e.g. broken or outworn) or does not correspond to your order (e.g. shipping of the wrong product).
